Job Responsibilities Operates manufacturing machinery, inspecting and operating machining and finished products. Performs repair and maintenance of machine shop operations and inspects finished parts, tools and dies against specified tolerances. Reviews work orders and schedules resources. Monitors and adjusts machine shop tool/equipment setups, calibrations, and alignments as required. Required Proficiencies Works under limited supervision for routine situations. Provides assistance and training to lower level employees. Analyzes non‑routine problems to understand and resolve them. Qualifications Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools, obtained through extensive work experience; may require vocational or technical education.
