As Planning Supervisor you will be part of our transportation and logistics organization, you will take a role in shaping how we plan and improve our national transportation network. You will manage the end‑to‑end planning of transportation routes for our offsite Distribution Centers. These centers include CEDIS Foráneos in Guadalajara, Monterrey, Minatitlán, Tijuana, and Chihuahua, and the Cuautitlán Distribution Center. Your focus will be specifically on the Autoservicios, Ferretero, and Plaka channels. Together, we will capture demand, design routes, and define operational priorities to support a reliable, cost‑effective, and service‑driven operation. As a team, we will align our national transportation strategy with execution at every site, ensuring scalability, standardization, and profitability across our distribution network. You will report to the Transportation Planning Manager and serve as an important connector between strategic planning and day‑to‑day operational execution. You will be based in Cuautitlan, Edo de Mexico as an onsite full role. Main Responsibilities Lead national transportation planning for all offsite Distribution Centers and the Cuautitlán operation. You will have 2 people reporting directly and indirect diverse reports. Translate transportation strategy into clear, executable plans across multiple sites and business channels. Balance cost, service, and capacity to support a complex, multi‑site distribution network. Ensure accurate demand capture and efficient routing through the Transportation Management System (TMS / OTM). Define operational priorities and ensure agreement on Distribution and Transportation teams. Create standardization and continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and non‑standard processes. Oversee OTIF performance from a planning perspective, with a focus on on‑time delivery. Monitor and improve transportation costs, fleet use, and overall operational efficiency. Provide visibility, reporting, and data‑driven insights to support better decision‑making. Support cross‑functional collaboration to ensure execution remain aligned. Contribute to the development of planning tools, and capabilities. Help us build a more reliable, scalable, and sustainable transportation operation. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in transportation planning, route optimization, or logistics network planning. A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Intermediate level of English proficiency. Hands‑on experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS / OTM). Experience driving process optimization and standardization. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to turn data into applicable operational decisions.
