The Mission You will own, manage, and scale our flagship E-commerce accounts (Amazon & Mercado Libre), ensuring profitable growth, flawless operational execution, and optimal content strategy to maximize LEDVANCE’s sales and market share in the digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Commercial Execution & Profitability: Drive the channel strategy, manage pricing, negotiate high-impact campaigns/promotions, and monitor core KPIs (Sales, GMV, ROAS, Buy Box, Margins). Marketplace Operations: Lead catalog/SKU management, optimize product listings (SEO, Brand Store, descriptions), and ensure account health metrics remain flawless. Supply & Analytics: Co-lead demand forecasting, sell-in/sell-out analysis, and inventory replenishment to guarantee an optimal Fill Rate and prevent stock-outs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Team up with LEDVANCE’s local and global teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and External Agencies) to ensure a seamless end-to-end operation. Who are we looking for? Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in E-commerce, directly managing Amazon and/or Mercado Libre . Industry Fit: Experience in Consumer Electronics, Retail, or FMCG is highly valued. Technical Savvy: Deep knowledge of Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Mercado Libre Seller Center, and Amazon/Mercado Ads.
