We’re seeking a Senior Lawyer to support a key global technology client. This role suits a commercially minded professional who thrives in fast‑paced, international environments and can manage complex matters, advise stakeholders, and act as a senior escalation point. Key responsibilities Draft and review contracts per client playbooks and SLAs Lead negotiations, proactively identifying and escalating deviations from established frameworks, and proposing commercially sound solutions. Collaborate with legal and cross‑functional teams to drive contracts to completion ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Act as a key escalation point for both the client and internal team members, supporting resolution of complex legal issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal and client-facing materials, processes, and playbooks based on insights from escalations and deviations. Support quality assurance processes, including reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing constructive feedback. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with client legal and business teams, ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Requirements Qualified Lawyer / Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 5 years’ post‑qualification experience. Strong commercial legal experience, particularly in contract drafting and review. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
