We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America. What Your Day‑to‑Day Will Look Like Scheduling and tracking of pickups and deliveries. Notify customers of any deviations from the execution schedule. Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails and address the needs of the operation. Call and obtain updates from transportation providers and enter accurate information into the dispatch system. Communicate any problems with customers or vendors. Support members of the equipment administration team and operations personnel. Confirm the accuracy of the database and generate monthly reports. Confirm the accuracy of repair invoices and process them in a timely manner. Handle and complete ad hoc projects, reporting, and requests as needed. Perform other job‑related duties assigned.
