Responsibilities Programing, set up, debug and troubleshooting of SMT manufacturing equipment including laser mark/etching, screen printing, placement/mounter, reflow ovens. Programing, set up, debug and troubleshooting of inspection machines including SPI, AOI, ICT and X-Ray Inspection.Both inline of offline Support NPI in selection, specification, and implementation of manufacturing equipment hardware and software, including quotes, cost, timing, and coordination. Partner with NPI Engineer in new product process development and implementation to optimize yield. Ensure process capabilities, throughput, and defects to determine likely failure modes & possible yield. Develop engineering solutions to meet program performance, cost, and 100% delivery requirements Perform root cause analysis of day-to-day issues associated with manufacturing. Create and deliver training to operators and technicians when necessary. Create and document processes, work instructions, maintain most recent revision levels and document release Drive Zero-Defect Quality, 100% On Time Delivery culture and mindset. Review and oversee EC (Engineering Change) implementation. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Experience in PCBA and SMT required. Bachelor of Science, Engineering discipline or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in SAP, MES systems. Strong leadership, inter-personal/communication skills, working in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and computer (Excel, Word, PPT). Experience with Universal & Panasonic placement machines preferred but not required Experience with Heller & Rehm reflow ovens preferred but not required Experience with TRI ATE, ICT, and AOI preferred but not required (Physical) Prolonged periods standing and/or working on a computer.
