You will support our executive team by keeping information organized, materials sharp, and communication flowing. This is a great opportunity to work behind the scenes of high-impact deals and gain exposure to how top-tier brands make digital growth decisions. What You’ll Do Take detailed, action-oriented notes during internal and external meetings Support executive with scheduling, coordination, and daily priorities Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and initiatives Create and maintain clear, visually strong decks (Google Slides / PowerPoint) Keep systems (e.g., HubSpot, trackers) updated and organized Handle data entry, document management, and admin support Assist with email follow-ups and communication on behalf of leadership Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics (in-person + virtual) Track updates and help prepare reports or summaries What You Bring Experience in executive support, coordination, or operations Strong organization skills and high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of ownership and discretion Comfortable working in-person and supporting leadership directly Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr
