About the role. We’re Hiring: Customer Support Engineer L2 – Authentication & Identity Infrastructure Are you passionate about troubleshooting complex authentication environments and solving critical enterprise access issues? We’re looking for a Customer Support Engineer L2 to join a high-impact technical support team supporting mission-critical authentication and secure access platforms in a 24/7 environment. What You’ll Be Working With: Active Directory LDAP / DNS / Group Policy MFA & Certificate-Based Authentication Windows Server Infrastructure Citrix / RDS Environments Secure Access Gateways Identity Federation (SAML / OIDC) Enterprise Authentication Systems What We’re Looking For: Experience troubleshooting Windows Server and enterprise authentication issues Strong understanding of Authentication vs Authorization concepts Hands-on experience with AD, LDAP, DNS, GPOs, certificates, and MFA troubleshooting Ability to analyze logs, isolate root causes, and perform structured troubleshooting Familiarity with tools such as Event Viewer, nslookup, gpresult, klist, certutil, netstat, packet capture tools, etc. Experience supporting secure remote access (RDP, SSH, secure gateways, VPNs) Knowledge of authentication flows in Citrix or RDS environments Exposure to identity synchronization or federation technologies Experience working with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, or Salesforce.
