Senior Consultant – PMO Mexico City, Mexico – Full time – Regular – No shift work. About the Role As a member of the Novartis Corporate Center in Mexico City, you will manage strategic business projects for the executive team, maximizing economic value and ensuring future competitive advantage. You will also support senior strategy managers and directors in projects around key Novartis products to deliver greater outcomes than the product alone. Key Responsibilities Maintain contact with divisional strategy teams and coordinate regular update meetings. Lead small projects from scoping to execution, creating content, managing stakeholders, and preparing insights for decision making. Organize the annual strategy off‑site meeting, including agenda and speakers, ensuring transparent communication across teams. Coordinate project monitoring, deliver milestones, and support the head of strategy on larger cross‑unit initiatives. Apply project‑management methodologies, change‑management support, and communication plans for implementation. Monitor risks and issues across business areas, collaborating with stakeholders and project teams to manage them. Qualifications 5+ years of experience leading process improvement projects in large companies across regions. Strong strategy development, project management and/or technical skills. Experience collaborating across boundaries and managing resources. Knowledge of major change‑management industries and business exposure. Experience developing and delivering story flows and presentations for management. Understanding of strategic thinking, planning, and current/future general business trends. Experience with deployment, IT project/program management, and SAP/ERP is an added advantage. Background in assessing the impact of internal and external changes on stakeholders and analyzing requirements.
