Snapshot of Your Day As a Supply Chain Management Specialist, you will directly execute the part purchasing and supply needs for internal customers throughout the Americas region. On a daily basis you work closely with Customer Order Management, Operations, and Transportation teams to ensure timely fulfillment and receipt of orders supporting the Wind Power business. How You’ll Make An Impact Conduct order management responsibilities for Americas‑based Wind Power warehouses and locations. Analyze and constantly optimize organizational processes to enhance performance. Establish, monitor, update, and benchmark metrics to propose measures for improvement. Provide analyses as required by Supply Chain Management (SCM). Propose and take responsibility for defined and assigned improvement projects. Initiate and implement supplier improvement programs. Establish operational vendor relations to manage and monitor vendor performance. Identify and resolve vendor conflicts promptly in support of customer needs. Establish SCM‑oriented customer relations to meet customer expectations. Cooperate with internal Procurement, Controlling, and Logistics functions to ensure acceptance of and adherence to supply chain processes, guidelines, and tools. Communicate with external auditors in accordance with management. Contribute to projects, workgroups, and the training of new employees in area of expertise. What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Engineering or other related discipline preferred). 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or other related Supply Chain management area. Experience in SCM‑oriented customer relations to meet customer expectations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience manipulating data with spreadsheets to guide performance monitoring and decision making. Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken). Spanish and/or Portuguese knowledge a plus. Problem‑solving mindset with ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
