Investment & Operations Manager Location: Guadalajara, Mexico Work Mode: On-site Industry: Multi-Family Office | Real Estate & Financial Investments Position Overview We are seeking a young, high-potential professional with a strong financial and analytical foundation to support the operational and financial management of real estate and financial investment portfolios within a Multi-Family Office. This role will actively participate in business analysis, investor and client reporting, asset coordination, and the development of commercial and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is highly structured, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and proficient in Excel, with strong exposure to investment operations and client-facing deliverables. Required Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Financial investments Asset Management / Property Management Financial or business consulting Family Office, Private Equity, Real Estate, Wealth Management, or Investment Funds Proven experience supporting: Financial and business analysis Preparation of reports for clients or investors Operational follow-up of assets or investment projects Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Bachelor’s degree in Economics Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields Additional courses or certifications in finance, real estate, financial analysis, or data analytics are a plus.
