Key Responsibilities Live Stream Execution: Manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok live stream room, ensuring smooth technical execution, setup, and broadcasting. Brand Operation: Oversee and optimize the live stream environment specifically tailored to the HONOR brand image and product lines. Stream Management: Monitor live metrics, assist hosts during broadcasts, and ensure a high-quality viewer experience. Requirements Language Skills: Spanish&Chinese speaker required for internal communication. Education : University graduate (Bachelor's degree). Passion : A strong, genuine interest in live streaming, short-form video content, and the TikTok ecosystem. Traits : Detail-oriented, hardworking, responsible, and grounded. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: Starting at $25,000 MXN / month. Commission : Performance-based bonuses tied to overall live stream sales results.
