About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 3-5 years of specific experience in the Telecom Market, specifically SIM card and SIM related solutions within Latin America (LATAM). This role is pivotal for driving sales growth by building and managing strategic relationships with key players in the telecommunications sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, seeding new markets, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients in the region. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed annual individual and team sales KPIs; develop short- and long-term strategic growth plans for the LATAM market. Proactively identify, develop, and qualify new sales opportunities within the Telecom vertical; build and manage a robust pipeline. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing the entire sales process from inquiry to closure. Build and nurture strong, long‑lasting relationships with key decision‑makers at Telecom customers and channel partners; manage contract renewals and expansions. Leverage in-depth knowledge of the LATAM SIM market, including regulatory trends and competitive landscape, to tailor solutions. Collaborate with internal technical, product, and marketing teams to design customer‑specific solutions and support product demonstrations. Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, coordinating with internal departments to provide timely solutions. Candidate Profile & Requirements Experience: 3-5 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record in SIM card, eSIM, or related telecom services market; selling to Telecommunication Operators (MNOs/MVNOs). Industry knowledge: Strong familiarity with the LATAM telecom landscape; established network and understanding of key players and market dynamics in major LATAM countries (Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Colombia). Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; self‑motivated and able to work autonomously from a home base; strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking. Languages: Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory); Portuguese is a significant plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within LATAM and internationally (e.g., China, Singapore) for client meetings, trainings, and exhibitions.
