Team Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Media Sr. Manager to coordinate and execute our Food and Fintech media strategy across up to 9 markets in Latin America (LATAM). This role requires a strategic vision, executional excellence with financial acumen, and a data-driven approach to media planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in operating and working side by side with large media agencies, driving efficiencies, and ensuring excellence in media execution. They must also excel in stakeholder management, coordinating, and negotiating with frontline leaders across different markets. Additionally, the candidate should bring a forward-looking, non-orthodox, innovative approach to media and content strategy. Role Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Market Oversight: Develop and implement media strategies for the mobility business unit in multiple LATAM markets. Oversee media activities across up to 9 markets, tailoring strategies to local opportunities and challenges. Operate the mobility business unit media strategy and implementation, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and flawless execution, with an eye for continuous improvement in processes, strategy and innovation. Financial & Agency Management: Manage media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI. Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for cost efficiencies and improvements. Collaborate with a major media agency, monitoring contract adherence and ensuring high performance. Efficiency & Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and implement process improvements for efficient media planning, and operational excellence. Use data analytics to inform strategies and continuously assess media performance. Stakeholder Coordination & Innovation: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate alignment between teams ensuring cohesive media strategies. Propose innovative media initiatives, staying updated on industry trends to enhance brand engagement. Bring a forward-looking, innovative approach to media and content strategy. Negotiation and Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of media campaigns. Accompany negotiations with media vendors and partners to secure favorable terms and conditions. Role Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a focus on multi-market operations. Proven track record in managing large media budgets and leading media agencies. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills. Fluency in Spanish and English. Experience in the LATAM media landscape and an understanding of regional market dynamics. Ideal experience in both media agency and media outlets. Background in working with multiple brands simultaneously. Deep understanding of holistic media planning (on and off). Demonstrated experience in driving innovation in media and content strategies.
