Responsibilities Make a Finished Good Novelties and Exit Items plan based on the agreed timeline, balancing the supply load through the weeks and keeping replenishment volume in balance. Ensure final pack and pre‑pack machine utilization is viable, requesting routings to engineering to balance. Achieve monthly FMC target. Plan labor hours based on the latest demand plan. Keep pre‑pack change overs below the weekly target. Maintain materials feasibility above 90% on W4 and W5. Generate finished good and pre‑pack labor weekly targets based on latest changes. Build air freight proposal (if needed) based on latest changes in the final pack plan. Update SAP capacity intervals (machine utilization factors and ramp‑up percentage). Identify and analyze main causes of high or out‑of‑stock SKUs, and trigger actions to fix them using PDCA methodology. Improve processes by exploring new digitalization approaches. Qualifications Experience in production planning processes including inventory analysis. 1‑2 years experience using digital visualization tools such as Power BI or similar.
