Job Responsibilities Serve as Veracruz's Quality Management site representative. Maintain and update Operating System (OS) documentation for the Veracruz site. Schedule, coordinate, and prepare the Veracruz site for internal and external audits (ISO, API, and ASME). Ensure follow-up and closure of findings and Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Maintain and update Manufacturing Quality metrics (KPIs). Manage and reduce Costs of Poor Quality (CoPQ) by implementing effective solutions and collaborating with project teams. Lead Non-Conformity Report (NCR) process by coordinating, reviewing, and driving the closure of NCR reports. Lead and support Continuous Improvement (CI) programs, including GEMBA walks and Quality days. Support and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and data reporting for quality issue resolution. Conduct Manufacturing Operational reviews and site QMR reviews, providing quality updates and reporting. Manage and generate Certificates of Conformance/Compliance (COCs) documents for customer orders. Manage and monitor customer cases (HMH Connect / Fresh Service) for quality-related issues. Support the development of effective inspection and test plans, and quality plans required for critical projects. Act as a QHSSE technical advisor to management, operations, employees, and other functional groups. Collaborate with local and global QHSSE teams to improve QHSSE programs and procedures. Support local and global QHSSE teams on regulatory issues related to QHSSE. Drive an interdependent safety culture where employees look after each other and are responsible for health, safety, and environmental practices and conditions. Lead and take responsibility for all aspects of QHSSE including objectives, resources, documentation, file structures, ISO***** & ***** compliance, QHSSE legal compliance, incident response/investigation, and emergency management. Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Coordinate the NCR process to ensure timely disposition and closure. Ensure QHSSE compliance with all HMH initiatives and relevant regulatory requirements. Lead initiatives for Continuous Improvement programs. Lead Scrap and Rework (S&R) reduction efforts. Prepare the Veracruz site to meet compliance requirements for internal and external audits. Maintain and update Operating System (OS) documentation to reflect current standards and practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a related area. Multitasking and time management skills.
