Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Architect to join our team in Guadalajara. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fullstack development, system design, and architecture, with proven expertise in delivering high-performing solutions that align to complex business flows. This role requires leadership, technical vision, and the ability to drive teams towards successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure systems to meet client requirements. Provide fullstack development expertise, with a strong focus on backend technologies using Python and databases like MariaDB. Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define architectural solutions that support product and business objectives. Lead technical decision-making, providing mentorship and guidance to the development team. Optimize existing systems and solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability. Communicate technical strategies and concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support international projects and travel to the USA as needed (a valid USA visa is preferred). Required Qualifications Expertise in Python development and relational databases, 8+ Years Proven experience in system architecture and full-stack development at an architect level. Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization. Demonstrated leadership experience in driving technical projects and mentoring teams. Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
