Overview We are looking for ServiceNow Developers and Tech Leads to join our team and work on complex, enterprise-level implementations. Responsibilities You will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting backend integrations, content delivery, and automation initiatives across different workflows. Required Experience 6–10 years of total experience in software or platform developmentMid-level: 5–7 years | Tech Lead: 8+ years 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments with distributed teams Required Technical Skills Strong knowledge of JavaScript ServiceNow development skills including:Glide Scripting Script Includes Scheduled Jobs Experience designing backend APIs, data structures, and integrations Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes across system components Solid understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals and platform architecture Specialized Tracks (depending on role) AI / AI Experiences Must Have: Strong ServiceNow development skills and fundamentals ITX / Technology Workflows Must Have: Strong ServiceNow development skills and fundamentals Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with ITAM, SPM, or ITSM (Change Management) Nice to Have Platform Skills Service Portal UI Builder REST / SOAP integrations Advanced scripting Platform-specific troubleshooting skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
