We operate under our proprietary Medicine 4.0® framework, delivering advanced protocols including stem cell therapy, exosomes, peptides, plasmapheresis, and neuro-regenerative treatments. Our patient base is primarily international — traveling from the United States and Canada — with treatment programs ranging from $20,000 to $50,000 USD. Director of Clinical and Administrative Operations Direct report to Owner & CEO On-site, Puerto Vallarta Full-time This is not a supervisory role. It is the executive authority for clinical integrity across the organization — responsible for governance, compliance, team leadership, and operational excellence at the highest standard.
