Responsibilities Partner with HR Team/Management to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and meet monthly headcount targets. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Manages employee on-boarding and orientation processes. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, managers and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff (ie work letters, vacation, permits, examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information). Educating all employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations. Assists with employee’s questions and problems courteously and promptly. Creating & maintaining physical and digital personnel files for employees. Manage and maintain compliance of Boeing Requirements: U.S. Export control and Citizenship. Compliance with the Mexican Federal Law. Support Union Representatives. Attends and participates in meetings as required. Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of Federal Labor Regulations. Experience in the recruitment area. Proficient Computer skills; including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates analytical skills and research abilities. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and execute goals. Knowledge of a payroll system (TRESS). Ability to handle and maintain confidential information. Work under pressure ability. Proactive. #J-18808-Ljbffr
