Responsibilities Responsible for leading and ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction through the effective management of the Quality Management System. Oversees QA, SQE, and quality systems teams, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and related standards. Drives continuous improvement initiatives, establishes and monitors KPIs aligned with business objectives, and ensures robust manufacturing and assembly processes. Leads customer communication, addresses complaints, and supports audits (internal, external, and customer). Collaborates cross-functionally with production, engineering, and suppliers to improve product and process quality. Manages supplier quality performance and promotes preventive and corrective actions. Provides leadership, fosters a culture of quality, and ensures alignment with safety, environmental, and operational goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (master's preferred), 5+ years of experience in quality management within manufacturing (automotive preferred), advanced English proficiency (90%), and strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Proven leadership and team management skills, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and experience with audits, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 8D, Lean).
