This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain with dotted line reporting to the Americas VP of Sales. A Day in the Life The Sr. Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for supply chain and logistics functions including: Material procurement Production planning Inventory control Customer care Logistics and distribution They must ensure the best customer experience to external and internal customers while operating within company guidelines and ensuring that the needs of all customers are met in a timely, comprehensive manner. These duties include: Managing Customer Orders and Order to Cash processes wing to wing Leading the transactional customer experience from order management (order entry, order status communication, and invoicing) to directing calls for Mozarc assistance in Quality, Returns, Shipment Status, or other areas of need Creating integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside customers and suppliers Planning and analyzing activities related to the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials Developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions Managing performance, developing talent, ensuring engagement and inclusion and directing the responsibilities of direct and dotted line reports Must Have Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership English and Spanish fluency Ability to travel to and from the US and Latin Americas Countries Experience with several aspects of supply chain (logistics, planning, material management) with Customer Care Experience a MUST Extensive ERP Experience A bachelor’s degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience Nice to Have Masters or an advanced degree Experience in Medical Device Industry Experience with EDI and SAP S4 Lean, Six Sigma green or black belt certification Able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross‑functional partners Strong ability to think analytically while being efficient in executing tasks tactically Strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word) Why Work with Us?
