Responsibilities Accountable to management for continuous improvement in plant production areas. Coordinate and develop projects focused on cost savings. Analyze the cost model and create budgets accordingly. Coordinate and develop continuous improvement projects based on opportunities identified in the cost model. Track cost recoveries; perform statistical analysis and data interpretation by platform. Resolve quality issues and customer complaints. Responsible for FTQ, final assembly, cable cutting, and secondary lead prep. Operate the plant with a strong safety culture. Ensure compliance with the manufacturing system (EOS), as well as divisional, local policies and procedures, and labor agreements. Lead coordination and development of continuous improvement projects and maintain effective communication with support areas. Promote flexibility and team development. Identify chronic quality issues by platform. Exceed customer expectations. Lead efforts in cost, quality, and delivery. Meet SQDIP objectives. Develop financial strategies for the full process/manufacturing. Responsible for OSAS and yellow books. Act as a coach for employees and support decision‑making processes. Lead workforce development initiatives within the plant. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar field. Experience in methods engineering. Knowledge of labor efficiency. Knowledge of MSD. Intermediate level of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in personnel management. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills.
