Key Responsibilities Monitor equipment in operation covered under the comprehensive service contract. Keep databases, reports, and logs up to date. Measure equipment performance indicators. Generate reports and recommendations for the client regarding pump train conditions. Perform failure analysis of mechanical seals, generating the necessary information to request engineering changes and/or provide recommendations to the client. Deliver training sessions to the client’s maintenance and operations personnel. Manage the client account: oversee inventory, consumption, material loading, material tracking, MTBF management, repairs, contribution margin, changes in seal configurations, full asset census updates, and on-time delivery of mechanical seals. Follow up on orders through the supply chain. Provide technical advisory services to clients upon request. Comply with and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies. Perform other activities related to the role as required. Qualifications Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 2 to 5 years of experience with rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, and turbines. At least 1 year of experience as a Field Technical Support Engineer or in a similar technical role. Knowledge of mechanical seals. Ability to understand and listen to customer needs. Methodical and analytical mindset, with the ability to determine the right questions to ask users. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Advanced Spanish profiency.
