Overview As a Sr Account Management Representative here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring that our customers have exceptional interactions with our products, services, and brand. This is a pivotal role within Honeywell Aerospace. You will report directly to our Sr Customer Experience Manager and you’ll work out of our Mexicali location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and loyalty by developing and implementing customer-centric strategies, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey. Responsibilities Entering service agreements in BMS, supporting new/existing customers, aircraft service transfers, and service renewals. Handle a wide range of customers' needs and requirements Provide support to cross-functional teams such as CBM, FSE, Disputes and Customer Accounts teams. Utilize SAP, BMS and related systems including the MyAerospace portal and Sales Force.com. Support a global customer base while prioritizing critical issues to ensure customer requirements are met on time. Provide support and guidance to inner work teams. Support all Sanctions processes and regulations Responsible for on boarding of new offerings of related to Data Subscription Address incidents of customer dissatisfaction and assist with timely resolution. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience Implement strategies and initiatives to optimize the customer experience Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer experience team Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives Qualifications Must Have 5 or more years of customer support experience Advanced English level (C1/C2 level) Bachelor’s Degree in business, customer service, operations, or related field We Value Experience in the Aerospace industry Working knowledge of Sanctions and/or government regulations is a plus Ability to influence others in a time sensitive and demanding environment Ability to make sound business decisions and take quick actions to execute Demonstrated ability to work in a changing environment Basic trouble shooting skills for web support Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and organization skills Experience with Salesforce, Outlook, SAP and general Excel skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
