This is the function responsible for building trusted data models, self-service reporting layers, and visualisation solutions that help business teams make faster, more informed decisions. This is a hands‑on role sitting at the intersection of engineering, analytics, and business partnering. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to understand commercial needs, shape reliable data assets, and create scalable reporting solutions across the organisation. What you’ll own: Designing and building production-grade data models in a modern cloud lakehouse environment such as Databricks or Snowflake Developing scalable reporting and self‑service analytics architectures using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Using advanced SQL to transform complex data into clear, reliable, and business‑ready datasets Partnering directly with business users to identify where data can improve decision‑making and operational performance Creating dashboards, reporting frameworks, and visualisation layers that support key teams across the business Taking ownership of your work from requirements through to delivery, iteration, and continuous improvement Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams and bringing a proactive, growth‑focused approach to problem solving You bring: 4+ years of relevant industry experience in a technical engineering or analytics role Advanced SQL and strong data modelling skills Proven experience building production‑grade models in a cloud data lakehouse environment such as Databricks or Snowflake Strong full‑stack visualisation experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker A business‑centric mindset and confidence working directly with stakeholders A self‑starting approach, with ownership, accountability, and a willingness to learn from feedback A collaborative spirit and commitment to shared team success Nice to have: Experience working with customer acquisition or sales funnel analytics Experience in Real Estate or another market‑driven domain #J-18808-Ljbffr
