Responsibilities: Manage social media: Assist headquarters colleagues in managing the social media platforms of the subsidiary, primarily focusing on translating and uploading posts. Organize promotional activities: Support headquarters colleagues in organizing promotional activities, such as trade shows, open days, and seminars. Manage promotional materials: Mainly including the management of catalogs and gifts used for the subsidiary's promotion. Manage documents: Oversee the management, organization, filing, archiving, and safekeeping of sales contracts and other marketing documents. Make statistical report: Create monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports and analyses of various sales performance indicators. Handle the orders: SAP inventory entry after receiving goods from the headquarters, initiate the shipping approval process from the subsidiary to end customers, including CRM delivery orders, SAP sales orders, warehouse release notes, and sales transactions. Manage administrative and HR matters: including asset procurement and management, expense reimbursement processing, arranging reception work, handling employee-related personnel procedures, and maintaining relevant systems.
