Job Purpose BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven individual to join as a Maintenance Supervisor. The main responsibilities of this role include ensuring the availability of company assets through effective coordination of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans in collaboration with relevant departments. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain an up‑to‑date record of critical equipment. Create and update the record of critical spare parts and ensure they are properly recorded in the MRO warehouse system. Coordinate and supervise daily activities of assigned personnel, ensuring compliance with internal labor regulations and customer service standards. Manage and validate the quality of preventive maintenance performed by assigned personnel. Manage the procurement of spare parts requested by the team. Provide technical support to team members following the maintenance escalation procedure. Conduct weekly analysis of KPI performance for assigned lines with the team and implement corrective and/or preventive actions to meet objectives. Administer personnel incidents (overtime, vacations, and soft aspects). Handle and control hazardous waste generated during daily operations in accordance with EHS standards and scope. Responsible for all physical aspects of the building, including energy and property maintenance. Implement energy‑saving actions to reduce CO2 emissions (e.g., lighting and air conditioning). Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs related to facilities and general services. Prevent failures in machinery and equipment related to facilities and general services. Research and provide cost‑effective technological solutions and improvements for physical buildings and energy distribution needs. Continuously improve preventive maintenance systems and processes to meet evolving plant needs. Promote, facilitate and institutionalize Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles throughout the facility. Support a team‑oriented approach to achieving goals, with emphasis on TPM activities. Ensure effective use and operation of facility support systems (e.g., air compressors, vacuum pumps, sprinklers, chillers). Lead, motivate and continuously develop technical staff. Coordinate all external contractual work for construction, repairs, technical services, and cleaning, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, delivery and safety standards. Coordinate all building and ground activities (cleaning, pruning, painting, parking lots) to ensure the plant is safe, functional and visually appealing. Ensure open and effective communication. Contribute to environmental goals (proper waste separation, CO2 emission reduction through energy savings). What we’re looking for Education / Experience Qualifications Schooling: Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics or related. Experience in a similar position: 3 years or more. Technical knowledge required: electrical installations, mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical control systems, electronic torque systems, industrial electronics, basic PLC programming, servo control systems, sensors and transducers, vision systems (preferably Keyence), programming logic and algorithms, industrial machinery maintenance / TPM. Other requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
