Procurement Planner role summary: to be executed in accordance with MRP demand to guarantee material availability with correct stock, transport mode, and timing to support production plans. Responsibilities Execute procurement in accordance with MRP demand. Maintain raw materials inventories at target levels and escalate issues to the procurement manager in a timely manner. Address SAP daily alerts and inform the team of potential or real shortages of raw materials in advance. Coordinate expediting from suppliers to the production line. Ensure weekly releases are transmitted to suppliers and that transportation routing instructions are followed, minimizing premium costs when they occur. System Management CSR Comply with the Quality Management System IATF 16949, Environmental Management System ISO 14001, Occupational Health and Safety ISO 45001, and TISAX. Prepare evidence of compliance and support audits. Train personnel under your charge in quality, environmental, safety, and information security disciplines; identify training needs in a timely manner. Understand and comply with Information Security Policies. Focus on Processes Systematically manage processes you influence and their interactions to achieve objectives, with emphasis on PDCA and prevention. Planning and Analysis of Risks Promote teamwork and risk-based thinking to identify, analyze causes and consequences, assess risk levels, and implement treatments; document evidence for control. Applicable to Quality - IATF 16949, Environmental – ISO 14001, Occupational Health and Safety - ISO 45001, and TISAX. Life Cycle Perspective Identify environmental aspects in your areas of responsibility, from inputs to outputs of processes. Change Management Perspective Ensure change management in terms of ISO 45001 in your area of responsibility; promote preventive and corrective actions to prevent significant health and safety/environmental impacts. Authority Stop or cancel any process that does not comply with organizational and/or the quality, environmental, or safety management systems. Stop the process if the material does not meet customer specifications, applying the Non-Conforming Product Procedure and informing your supervisor. Minimum Qualifications Professional degree or technical education plus 5 years of experience in an equivalent role. Experience in the automotive industry. Experience dealing with suppliers. SAP/ERP system knowledge. MRP/MPS knowledge. Office suite (advanced Excel) knowledge. Strong teambuilding skills. Other Preferred Qualifications Lean Manufacturing knowledge. Quality Management System (IATF 16949). Safety Management System (ISO 45001).
