International Payroll Analyst Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M) Responsibilities Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries. Validate payroll inputs and outputs prior to finalization. Process payroll transactions and meet strict payroll deadlines. Perform payroll reconciliations and support month‑end and year‑end activities. Partner with external payroll providers to ensure service quality. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, Benefits etc. teams globally. Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly. Investigate discrepancies and resolve payroll issues with urgency. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements. Support audits and maintain accurate payroll documentation. Handle end‑to‑end payroll processing using manual methods. Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes and efficiency. Drive standardization, automation, and documentation. Challenge existing processes and propose scalable solutions. Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues. Qualifications Between six (6) months to two (2) years of international payroll experience (APAC, EMEA, LATAM). Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience. Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance. Experience with payroll systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, TRESS, etc.). Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability. Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
