Sales Development Representative (SDR) As a Sales Development Representative at Tive, you will uncover new business opportunities for the Latin America region by researching suitable companies and setting introductory meetings with target accounts. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver the right message to decision makers at the right time. Responsibilities Generate qualified prospective and customer meetings for Account Executives. Research new key accounts within Tive’s ideal customer profile to understand their initiatives and craft personalized account-based messaging delivered via phone, email, and social media. Own and manage your pipeline, treating it as an abbreviated sales cycle with continuous influx of new accounts. Become a Tive subject‑matter expert through ongoing learning to understand solutions and competitive positioning. Schedule well‑qualified appointments set by outbound outreach with key decision makers. Use tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and G‑Suite to conduct outreach. Ideal Candidate 0-2+ years of experience in high‑tech B2B marketing, inside sales, or sales development environment. Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. A strong hunter mentality and a healthy level of competitiveness. High motivation and resilience in a fast‑paced environment where change is constant. Experience identifying and contacting prospective customers using a multi‑approach prospecting methodology—cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn. Proven capabilities in lead management, account development, opportunity qualification, pre‑call planning, call structure/control, and time and territory management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a focus on collaboration. Motivated by a desire to help teammates and not let them down.
