And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionWe're looking for a **curious, analytical, and forward-thinking Senior Financial Analyst** to join our team supporting the **Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)** organization. You won't just report the numbers - you'll help explain the story behind them and influence what happens next.**Your Responsibilities:*** Partner with global teams to analyze and explain financial performance across our global supply chain. The focus of this effort is to understand the different impacts for each of our segments: Intelligent Devices, Software & Control, and Lifecycle Service.* Lead ISC **planning, and performance reporting** processes **for each segment*** Provide deep insights into **Cost to Produce** (materials, plant variances, inventory) and be able to explain impacts to plants and businesses finance leaders* Support **PPV** forecasting and causing, **FIFO** forecasting, and **cost roll** impacts* Present results to leadership - **explaining the “why” behind the numbers*** Guide **automation, simplification, and standardization** using SAP, Oracle EPM, and PowerBI* Create ad hoc analyses and respond to business inquiries to understand material drivers of financial performance* Support **team excellence**: Ensure accuracy and consistency by reviewing team deliverables and providing backup support* Collaborate across regions and responsibilities to improve how we work globallyYou will report to Finance manager**The Essentials - You Will Have:*** Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting* 8+ years in FP&A, controlling, or finance analytics* Strong analytical mindset with an ability to turn data into insights* **The Preferred - You Might Also Have:*** Experience with **Excel and financial systems (SAP, EPM, Power BI a plus)*** **Comfort working in English with global partners** (this role partners cross-border)* Effective communicator and partner across departments and time zones* **Experience interpreting financial results and communicating clear takeaways*** Proactive, curious, and focused on **continuous improvement****What We Offer:**Our benefits package includes ...* Benefits: + Saving Fund + Food coupons. + Major medical insurance + Retirement benefitWe are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
